Sports Performance training is designed to teach the athlete proper warm up, stretch and train in an effort to increase speed, agility and quickness while focusing on improving overall conditioning and providing nutrition, mental skills education, and training. I will have a pre-test and post-test of a 40 yard dash, 100 meters, and shuttle run. I will be using the NSCA and the Nike S.P.A.R.Q. training program philosophy and guidelines.
