Spook Night August 30, 2007

R age, revenge and racism take center stage when backstage tensions at a Los Angeles comedy club tumble into the spotlight. Both insightful and inciting, this is a no-hold barred, behind-the scenes look at the often raucous, sometimes poignant, always hilarious world of contemporary Black stand-up comedy, as seen through the eyes of legendary vaudevillian, Bert Williams.

SPOOK NIGHT runs August 30-September 30 at The Lillian Theatre located at 1076 North Lillian Way in Hollywood, California 90038 (1 block west of Vine at Santa Monica Boulevard). Show times are Thursdays-Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. Tickets are $25 General Admission, $20 for seniors and students, $15 for groups of 15 or more. Running time is 110 minutes with intermission. Ample street parking available. SPOOK NIGHT contains adult content and language intended for mature audiences only.
