Join us this Sunday, September 19 for a special "pay-what-you-will" performance of Portland Center Stage's spectacular season opener, Sunset Boulevard. Line up at the box office at the Gerding Theater at the Armory (128 NW 11th Ave.) to pick up your tickets; a few minutes before the performance, the tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. $8 donation suggested. Cash only.

Sunset Boulevard, our blow out season-opening musical (and first by Andrew Lloyd Webber!), tells the tale of of Norma Desmond, a fading silent film star whose obsession with the revitalization of her career and a young man named Joe might just succeed...or it might end in the kind of tragedy only a legend can inspire.
