Special Independence Day Menu at 'The Square'. Taking forward the idea of presenting its guests with 'out-of-the-box' gastronomic experiences, the Chefs at the hotel have created a special 'Independence Day Menu' to honour the country's heroes- its soldiers. Going away from typical colour themes and names for the dishes, a lot of research has gone into putting together this menu which includes the favourite dishes of our Armed Forces from across India.
