Speaker: Dr. Bob Nelson, "The King of Rewards" (Workforce Management) and "The Guru of Thank You" (Corporate Meetings & Incentives), is president of Nelson Motivation Inc., a management training and consulting company located in San Diego, CA, which specializes in assisting organizations develop and improve their performance practices, programs, and systems. He is a co-founder of the Recognition Professionals International and currently serves on that organization's advisory board. Prior to starting his own company, he served as an executive for The Ken Blanchard Companies and Dr. Ken Blanchard (of One Minute Manager fame) for over ten years.
