Speak to the Western World fashion show March 26, 2010

Richland College presents “Speak to the Western World,” a fashion show featuring the designs of student Becca Abara.

The show will be from 7:30-9 p.m. on March 26 in El Paso Hall. Dallas radio and TV personality Chris Arnold, sports director at K104 FM, will be hosting the event. Ms. Abara’s creations will be modeled by Richland College students.

A lover of fashion, Ms. Abara started SpeakCharity in August 2009 as a way in which people could use their resources for the benefit of others.

Admission to the event is free but donations will be accepted to benefit Yele Haiti, Invisible Children, and The Girl Effect charities. Also, gently used clothing will be accepted on behalf of the Haitian orphans.
