Students in this class will learn how much Southern France has influenced Spanish food with delicious recipes like Pate-Stuffed Chicken Medallions with Creamy Pan Sauce, Shrimp in Garlic Parsley Sauce, Red-Wine Braised Oxtails, Fish Steaks with Hard Cider, Oven-Baked Potatoes, Fish Medallions Stuffed with Ham and Cheese, Roasted Potatoes with Spicy Tomato Sauce, Chorizo Sausage in Puff Pastry, and Wild Mushroom and Roasted Garlic Flan. Pair all of this with a nice robust wine as we all enjoy this fantastic meal.
