In these hard economic times, you need to have strong, marketable job skills. Being conversant in Spanish is a great way to build your resume. I'll even provide a certificate at the end of the 10-week class. Currently being offered are:

Beginning Spanish conversational series. 10-week commitment. Beginning February 23. Mondays 5:30-6:30 p.m. (somewhat flexible)
Prerequisite: Must know the basics offered in the basic Spanish workshop. (can test out).
We cover:
* More basic vocabulary such as family and clothing
* Present tense regular and irregular verbs
* Basic dialogues relevant to your needs
* How to manipulate the language and start conversing now!
* Semi-private 2-6 people in group

Advanced beginning Spanish conversation series. 10-week commitment. Beginning February 24. Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m. (Time and day can be adjusted.)
Prerequisite: Must know basic conversational skills including present tense of regular and irregular verbs.
We cover:
* Past tense of regular and irregular verbs
* More complex dialogues relevant to your needs
* How to manipulate the language and start conversing now!
* We will look at comprehension from different countries if this is of interest to the group.
* Semi-private 2-6 people in group

For the conversational series, I customize the material for your needs. Past needs have included: arts and crafts for children, ordering in a Mexican restaurant, travel, etc.

Basic Spanish 3-hour workshop. All the tools and materials you need to learn:
* Numbers
* Months
* Days of week
* Question words
* Niceties
* Pronouns
* Colors
Usually offered on a Saturday. Cost $95. Contact us if interested.

I have a Masters' degree from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. I have lived in Mexico, Costa Rica and Chile, and have over 15 years' language instruction experience. I know how adults learn and teach you to let go of your fears and manipulate the language.
