Hardeep Singh Kohli loves many things in life but none more than food. ‘Indian Takeaway’ is his account of cooking his way around India in search of his roots but taking his British taste in food with him: full English Breakfasts, fish and chips, Yorkshire pudding and shepherd’s pie.
