Southern Culture on the Skids has been releasing Southern-fried, rockabilly, boogie woogie since 1985. The group celebrates the beauty of waffle house waitresses & demolition derbies through absurdist anthems of moonshine-laced hillbillydom. The DT's combine elements of firey rhythm and blues thanks to soulful singer Diana Young-Blanchard with garage punk sensibilities to create a unique blend of rock.
