South Shore Yoga Network - Annual Yoga Conference January 28, 2007

The South Shore Yoga Network presents the second annual yoga conference. Registration will start at 8:00am and thge closing ceremony will finish at 5:30pm. The day of yoga will include:
8:30am - Energizing Yoga
Dee Lyon, RYT - Real Life Yoga and Wellness Center, Quincy, Ma.
10:00am-Dance Yoga
Leeann Trigler, RYT - Hanson Holistic Center, Hanson, Ma.
11:30am-AcuYoga
Robin Killeen, RN, RYT, LMT - On The Path Wellness Center, Pembroke, Ma.
1:00pm- Lunch (on your own)
2:00pm - Chakra Yoga
Maureen Spencer, RN, RYT - Finding Inner Peace Yoga School, Abington, Ma.
3:30pm- Yogic Kriyas & Jal Neti Demonstration
Terry Gupta, RYT and Jay Gupta, RPh - VPS International Organization, Merrimack, N.H.

Intended audience: newcomers welcome, beginners to advanced yoga practitioners and yoga teachers, therapists, trainers, anyone interested in experiencing different methods of yoga.
