This program features 8 stunning vocal soloists, members of France's Les Jeunes Solistes, led by founder Rachid Safir. Experience the triumphs and disappointments of love and passion in works by Claude Debussy, Claude Vivier, Maurice Ravel, Régis Campo and Claudio Monteverdi. Featuring Vivier's Love Songs, a contemporary masterpiece for vocal ensemble, inspired by Stockhausen's legendary Stimmung. Vivier is a choreographer of emotion - aesthetic, religious, child-like - coloured with tales and nursery rhymes, laughter, shouts, mockery, and tears.
