Soundon Festival of Modern Music 2009 June 18, 2009

Athenaeum Music & Arts Library and San Diego New Music will bring together composers, performers and community for a three-day festival. Each day will begin with open rehearsals and discussions, with concerts each evening, plus a lunchtime concert on Saturday. The NOISE Ensemble, resident ensemble of San Diego New Music, and guests will perform. 'soundON 2009' will feature the works of Stuart Saunders Smith, Christopher Burns, Nathan Brock, Jeff Herriott, Stefan Weisman, Peter Swendsen, Franklin Cox, Alex Mincek, Brian Ferneyhough, Franco Donatoni, Elliott Carter, Trevor Grahl and more.
