Sound Washing for Body HarmonyDo you hear what I hear . . . to borrow a line from a popular song . . . Would you like to spend a relaxing afternoon immersed in beneficial waves of sound? This is an interactive workshop created to teach you techniques to help you listen to the harmony of your own body and that of others. You will tune in and be able to both identify and balance areas that may be out of alignment. The benefits are much like receiving a body massage, with the notable difference that we will be working from the inside out. The huge bonus: you walk out feeling refreshed, recharged and revitalized.Through sound, Cindy takes you to a place of inner healing and balance. Her style is influenced from Chilean Shamanic traditions, having traveled extensively to study with Luz Clara and others. Marita adds the powerful element of essential oils to take your experience to another level.
