Rock 'n' Roll High School

As part of its ongoing series showcasing great rock films, Sound Opinions, the world's only rock 'n' roll talk show, presents Rock 'n' Roll High School—a gonzo tale of youthful rebellion that was a showcase for leather-jacketed giants The Ramones.

Directed by Allan Arkush (Heroes, Dawson's Creek) and produced by B movie legend Roger Corman (Attack of the Crab Monsters, A Bucket of Blood), the movie was nothing short of the Hard Day's Night of the punk era.

The film runs 93 minutes, and stay afterward as special guest Mary Woronov—a former dancer for the Velvet Underground, chronicler of life with the Andy Warhol Factory crowd, and the film's domineering Principal Miss Togar—schools Sound Opinions co-hosts Jim DeRogatis and Greg Kot and takes questions from the audience.
