Matt Beilis inhabits a musical space not previously explored - a place where soul and hip-hop grooves meet the electricity of a rock band. One might call Matt an Elton John Legend or a Maroon Folds 5.

Born in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, Joy is a life-long New Yorker. Inspired by her parents, Joy began singing and playing music as soon as she could talk. At the age of 15, Joy began her career as a professional musician when she landed a job with a major New York record label as a producer, engineer and vocal stylist.

Introduced through a mutual friend in December '07, up and coming producer J.Glaze and Joy immediately hit it off. A studio session the following night ensued and it has been off to the races since. Not a day goes by where the two of them are not working on new songs to give to the world. Not only is every song that you are hearing worked on exclusively by Joy and Glaze, it is all being recorded in a basement studio in an old house in New York.
