Sonic Cathedral w/ Engineers May 14, 2007

After February’s now legendary Manchester debut, SONIC CATHEDRAL – the UK’s finest shoegaze and drone rock club – returns to the NIGHT & DAY CAFÉ on Monday May 14. Headlining are nu-gaze heroes ENGINEERS, playing their first show since November 2005 and previewing tracks from their eagerly-awaited second album, which they have been recording with Sigur Rós producer Ken Thomas. In support are Norwegian psychedelicists THE LIONHEART BROTHERS and local heroes THELIGHTSHINES. Special guest DJ for the night is German electronica genius ULRICH SCHNAUSS.
