Enjoy an evening of inspiration, beauty and love as four opera singers perform German Lieder, French chansons, Italian canzone and Russian art songs. With Christopher Bengochea (tenor), Sandra Bengochea (soprano), Kirk Eichelberger (bass), Kindra Scharich (mezzo-soprano) and Simona Snitkovsky (pianist).

Christopher Bengochea (tenor)
This critically acclaimed and prize winning international opera tenor has been heralded as having "power, sure intonation, and fine diction that come in a package tied with a ribbon of 'natural sound.' Bengochea has delighted audiences with his unique combination of vocal and dramatic interpretations in performances ranging from oratorio to opera.

Sandra Bengochea (soprano)
Begnochea has sung Orff's Carmina Burana, Schubert's Mass in g minor with the Santa Clara Chorale, was a soloist in Mendelssohn's Midsummer Night's Dream with the San Jose Cleveland Ballet, has sung excerpts from Don Giovanni with Symphony Silicon Valley and sang Mozart's Requiem at Grace Cathedral with The Midsummer Mozart Festival.

Kirk Eichelberger (bass)
Eichelberger has been praised for "commanding the stage at every turn" (SF Chronicle) and for his "resonant bass and riveting stage presence" (Dayton City Paper). Recent engagements include The Emperor in Tan Dun's Tea with Opera Company of Philadelphia, Mephistopheles in Faust with Opera Grand Rapids and Ferrando in Il Trovatore with Opera Manitoba.

Kindra Scharich (mezzo-soprano)
Accustomed to singing in a broad range of styles, Scharich is equally at home on the operatic or concert stage. She's been praised for her warm, lyric voice and communicative character portrayals. Past engagements include Countess Lydia Ivanovna in Opera San Jose's Anna Karenina, Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia with Opera San Luis Obispo and LA Opera's Saturday Mornings at the Opera series.
