This program features local artists specializing in Mandingue style of music and dance. Featuring performances by Ngoma, Akwaba, B.A.D.D.E., Baro Dununba and more. The performance program will followed by a reception with authentic West African cuisine and music set by DJ Moussa.

This event features a performance by Aboulaye Koné Moriké's award-winning group, Percussions Bolo Kan.

Born in Côte D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Aboulaye Koné Moriké is the son of the legendary griot Djeli Baba Kienou of Burkina Faso, from who he inherited a vast musical tradition. In addition to being an accomplished percussionist, he is also celebrated as a Mandingue guitar virtuoso.

With a number of visiting Masters in town for the festival, the evening promises to be full of surprises!
