SOMA Artists Spring Show April 27, 2007

It's Spring and time for Open Studios at 689 Bryant St.! SOMA Artists Studios will be open to the public for this weekend only. The art show opens with a preview reception on Friday night, April 27, 6-8:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served. The studios will also be open from 12 noon to 5:00 p.m on Saturday and Sunday, April 28 and 29.

Since artist studios are open to the public generally only twice a year, in the spring and fall, this is a wonderful chance to meet, chat and discuss art in a very relaxed setting. SOMA Artists will be showing and selling work in almost every imaginable media, including painting, drawing, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, mixed media, installation, glass, jewelry, video, assemblage, and fiber arts. With 36 artists, SOMA Artists Studios is a large and vibrant art community south of Market in San Francisco. It is an event not to be missed.
