Come view a house after installation of solar electric panels and the marvelous inverter that converts the sun's direct rays into current that you can use in your house.
Solar panels on my roof face the neighbor's house and NOT the front of the house, so they are not obvious from the street. Placement of the panels depends on your southern-most orientation to the sun. Also, the fewer the trees shading your roof, the more solar power you can generate.
Refreshments are being provided courtesy of REC Solar who did the installation and will be on hand to answer any of your questions at the solar open house party.
Learn how much going solar can save you on your monthly electric bill--and over the years, since you will be controlling the cost of your electricity for generations. You will end up paying a fraction of your usual electric bill. In any month that you produce more electricity than you consume, you carry over a CREDIT towards the next month's bill until the end of your 12-month period. You can even track your solar factory progress on your own in-house monitoring device.
Going solar is your way of helping the environment and reducing your expenses. Also, going "green" adds substantially to the value of your house but does NOT add to the property taxable basis annually. What MORE can you ask of Mr. Sun?
