Hi. If you don't know what Sol Village is, let me explain. It's a show hosted by Eric Roberson and it features the best upcoming neo-soul artists in NYC. It is also where John Legend started.
I am Renee Sebastian, an independent soul artist originally from the Bay Area. I'm here in NYC now and I've been invited to perform at this famous showcase. It is a really important show for me so I need all the luv I can get. It determines whether or not I can stay longer in NYC and continue to do music. It also is my only chance at getting an opening act slot for one of the major acts like Erykah or Jill Scott when they come to SOB's.
