The Naked Canvas Small Business Seminar Series is presenting an afternoon workshop on Social Networking and Online Tools for Small Business.
There are a multitude of either free or low cost online tools to foster connections with our customers, clients, colleagues and our communities. In today’s internet connected global community, social networking is now essential to the success of any organization even more so with a small business!
This workshop will cover;
Social Networking Services including Wordpress, Typepad, Squarespace, Blogger, FaceBook, MySpace, Linked In, LiveJournal, Bebo, Friendster, Twitter, Plaxo, Typepad and Ning.
Online tools that will be presented include, Google Apps, ZOHO, Zenbe, Gmail and other web mail solutions, the basics to getting a web site online, including registering a domain name, and maintaining customer relationships with basic online CRM software.
How can we use these tools to interact with our customers and develop relationships? Which social networking tools are free? Which online service can help me track my customers?
