Doing business on the Internet has changed dramatically in recent years with the rise of social media. Simply having a website is no longer sufficient to stand out from the crowd. You must have a way of reaching your target market and keeping them engaged with your business while keeping your costs down.

In our workshop, you will have a hands-on approach to using some of the online tools you can use to find and engage your existing and prospective customers. Just like most business depends on location, location, location, your online success depends on presence, presence, presence.

In this workshop, you will learn the following and more:

* How online conversation leads to business
* The advantages of social media over traditional media
* How to use social media to spread your message
* How social media can keep you in tune with your market

We will cover more topics and even explore some in-depth.

Please bring questions and a wi-fi enabled laptop for this interactive, hands-on workshop.
