An event focusing on closing of the School of the Americas, known all over as the School of Assassins. "The TRUTH ABOUT U.S. POLICY IN LATIN AMERICA." Guest Speaker: Father Roy Bourgeois. Fr. Roy has just returned from South America visiting governments to urge them to refrain from sending soldiers to the SOA. He will have news and updates on the Struggles for Peace in Latin America. Fr. Roy is the founder of the School of the Americas Watch and has accompanied the annual protests at Fort Benning for many years to challenge the military and police training of Latin Americans by our government and with our tax dollars. Come participate and learn what you can do to urge our Congress to take action to discontinue the funding and close the SOA.
