Smart Cycling Clinic May 20, 2008

Register today for one of the FREE SMART CYCLING CLINICS to be held in your community during May to learn how to safely commute, run errands and travel by bicycle.

Rebecca Markussen, a League of American Bicyclists Certified Instructor, will teach you about:
•Benefits of bicycling
•Which gear to bring on your ride
•Communicating your direction of travel to drivers
•Cycling on rural and urban roads
•Grooming issues
•Route planning

The first 25 attendees to each presentation will receive a leg band. Bicycles are not needed for this training. Snacks will be provided.
