Small Business Tax Workshop October 6, 2010

This workshop is for startups and existing business owners. It is designed to help you understand and meet your federal tax responsibilities. It discusses what you need to know about federal taxes as it relates to your business; what you need to know when you run your business out of your home; what you need to know when you hire employees or use independent contractors; what you need to know about Federal Unemployment Tax; how to manage your payroll so you withhold the right amount of taxes from your employees’ pay, how to set up and run your business so paying taxes isn't a hassle, and how to file and pay your taxes online using a computer.
