Paula Bel is a true original. Just six years into her stand-up career, the comedian appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and became one of the first to perform at HBO’s “U.S. Comedy Arts Festival” in Aspen. She’s since performed on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” “Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen,” ABC’s “The View,” E! Network and BET.
