Skills Training to Commerce, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Industry March 7, 2012

Do you need to provide training to your employees and new hires, but the cost is too high and available training is not flexible enough to meet your needs?

Skills Open Doors, a Project under the Open Doors Group, is hosting a local Lunch-time event on providing materials, tools, consulting, and workshops for Basic and 21st Century Skills Training to Commerce, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Industry (CHAI). We will be giving a brief presentation and having open discussions on our plans for using open educational materials and consulting, to reduce the cost of corporate training and provide more targeted corporate training for new and existing employees. We are also very interested in hearing about your needs.

The Lunch event will be on Wednesday, March 7 from 12:00 to 1:00 PST at the Silicon Valley Education Foundation at 1400 Parkmoor Ave., Suite 200 San Jose, CA 95126. A light lunch will be provided.
