Watch India battle it out in the T20 World Cup with sizzling Sizzlers and a pint of chilled beer. Available at Arena, the all day dining eatery at the Taj Deccan, Sizzler Fest. The festival will showcase meats, seafood and vegetarian options from around the world for both lunch and dinner. Chef Sachin Joshi has created an innovative menu, where the guest gets the unique opportunity of customizing their sizzler. Guests are left spoilt for choice with an array of Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options like lobster, New Zealand chops, tiger prawns, pink salmon, fillet steak, bay shrimps, silver Pomfret, corn fed chicken and murrel fish. That's not all they can also select a Sizzler style from: Continental style : Sizzler is served with a portion of jacket potatoes, sauted vegetables, Creole potato wedges and cocktail coleslaw. Chinese style : Wok tossed noodles is served with pickled cucumber and khimchi. Indian style : Sizzler is served with curried potatoes, onion rings and roghani naan. The A-La-Carte menu for the festival will include dishes like Sizzler de la Sizzler (cajun marinated lobster, tiger prawns, Pomfret fillet with smoked salmon rosettes), Tofu Satay (crispy fried tofu and Mushroom Satay on a bed of chilli noodles), Grilled Farmyard Cheese (cottage cheese steak with tangy barbecue sauce), Vegetable Cordon Bleu (classic vegetable and potato steak stuffed with spinach and cheese), Mushroom Galavat (Vegetable & Mushroom Galavat served with Dal Makhani & Butter Naan)
