DETAILS: Preparing dinner has never been so fun! Join the professional chefs of Parties That Cook for the next “Sizzle & Swirl” cooking class in Seattle at the Wine Outlet in the Queen Anne neighborhood.

Guests will enjoy an unforgettable night, and together with other foodies will sip on boutique wines and prepare a selection of gourmet appetizers with guidance and demonstrations from the Parties That Cook chef team. From lively demonstrations such as how to dice onions without shedding a tear to how to artfully plate a course, guests will go home with new culinary skills, recipes and memories.

Richard Kinssies, owner of Wine Outlet, founder of Seattle Wine School and experienced wine journalist and educator, will guide guests through the wine tasting portion of the evening. From the history and origins of varietals from around the world, to answering guests’ questions about wine, Kinssies will share his expertise with “Sizzle & Swirl” participants.

Tickets for the “Sizzle & Swirl” event are $95 per person and include professional instruction, hors d’oeuvres, wine pairings, and digital copies of recipes and photos.
