Six Sigma Green Belt: Service Certificate January 10, 2009

(The course is based on the ASQ Body of Knowledge for Certified Six Sigma Green Belt)

The Six Sigma Green Belt: Service course prepares individuals to implement Six Sigma processes that support improvement efforts in the service industry. Students will learn the responsibilities of Green Belt and how to appropriately apply Six Sigma tools. They will learn methodology and data collection techniques for eliminating process deficiencies, as well as statistical methods to quantify the results of each process.
