Singles Interactive Asian Cooking Class September 25, 2007

Join Meet Market Adventures and other Single Food Lovers as we explore the basics of Asian cuisine with JNA Institute of Culinary Arts. During This fun and hands-on cooking class we will take a tour of Asia, enjoying the delights of Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and China.

The menu will consist of Miso Shiru (Bean Paste Soup with Tofu) from Japan, Oi Namul (Cucumber Salad) from Korea, Satay Atam (Chicken Kebabs with a Peanut Sauce) from Indonesia, Pad Thai (Noodles with Shrimp) from Thailand and Tsao-Ni-Hun-Tun (Date filled Wontons) from China. The beauty of this whole evening is we get to enjoy our culinary masterpiece as we all sit down and enjoy a great meal and company!
