Explore different restaurants each month while getting to know other singles in the age group of your choice . . . so even if there's no love connection you'll still have a wonderful time. You'll order off the menu and receive separate checks for your purchases. Our website allows you to view the profiles of those registered for each dinner, tracks who you've dined with so you meet new people every time, and then let's you send a private message to those you've dined with afterward.

This week join us at Sip Restaurant & Wine Bar.

"The antithesis of places in Belltown’s trendy wine bar scene, Sip has made a big splash in the big city. Its cosmopolitan, slightly corporate tone is well paired with its financial district location. The swanky living-room style lounge is outfitted with leather sofas, while the dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows offering sparkling city and water views, plus the architecturally dazzling Seattle Public Library. Describing its menu as “progressive American cuisine,” there's a limited but inventive selection of small plates. Options can include the finger scallion crab cakes, Kobe sliders served on Hawaiian sweet rolls, and the Bacon and Eggs, a clever combo of braised pork belly topped with duck egg. Artfully presented entrées are a bit pricey but well prepared. Our favorites include Thai almond sea scallops or a savory pork chop stuffed with a mixture of Beecher’s jack cheese, Granny Smith apples and bacon. A side order of truffled Parmesan jo-jos is a must. The tempting dessert list includes brioche bread pudding with cinnamon crème fraîche, and hot chocolate cake with caramelized marshmallow. The wine list is extensive and wine flights are carefully chosen, but wine by the glass is spendy, unless you’re imbibing during happy hour. " -Gayot.com
