Chef/owner Bryant Ng, originally from Singapore and recently chef de cuisine at Pizzeria Mozza, offers polished Southeast Asian grub for lunch and dinner at The Spice Table in Little Tokyo. His wife Kim is from Vietnam, so expect traditional specialties from both countries, including daytime sandwiches made with house-made bread and charcuterie, and fancier nighttime dishes featuring satays (lamb belly and Chilean prawns), beef rendang, black pepper crab toast and Kaffir lime custard. - Gayot
