Using static trapezes, ropes, silks, and aerial hoops, participants will learn a series of dazzling tricks in the air. We will warm up with rope-climbing, and cool down with pull up’s, but don't worry -people of all fitness levels and abilities can participate in this fun adventure where everyone spots and supports each other! Also, you will be given individual attention to ensure you work at whatever level (and whatever height!) makes you most comfortable.
