Silcon Valley Jewish Film Festival Opening Night October 9, 2010

Special Opening Night Film & Event Featured is the Israeli Academy Award winning film, “A Matter of Size,” the humorous and dramatic fictional story of weight-challenged Israelis who aspire to become sumo wrestlers. Along the way, they learn about both the sport and themselves. Opening night activities include meeting and interacting with Bayamba, three-time world sumo wrestling champion, and eating sushi and other Japanese delicacies. All this will take place at a brand new venue for the SVJFF: the DeAnza College Visual and Performing Arts Center in Cupertino.
