IN RESPONSE TO
This year ‘Signals’, Crystal Palace’s annual arts festival, will include an online exhibition of visual art. ‘In Response,’ will feature the work of Crystal Palace Artists members as well as international invited guests – taking ‘Signals’ to the online world. The work included has been created ‘In Response’ to the artists’ environment, to a time, to a place. ‘In Response’ will be available for download from the Crystal Palace Artists website www.cpartists.com or may be requested by email from [email protected] during Signals.

ANTENNA STUDIOS, HAYNES LANE MARKET, VARIOUS OUTSIDE SPACES
ALL DAY EVENT. Alongside the exhibitions displayed in businesses, this show features the work of artists who explore intimacy. All day event. Rendez-vous outside the Signals Office for a guide and a schedule for the day. Followed by Antenna Nightz – live bands/DJs- at THE ALMA.

ONE NIGHT ONLY. An international open video and film
competition, as part of the Signals. Selected works will be shown
outside on a big screen, and also included in the online CyberSignals event. The outdoor screening event takes place for one-night only, and will be sited in the yard of an old Victorian factory. 9pm til late

Smith explores the mysterious death of Harriet Staunton in Penge in the 19th Century along with her own anecdotes on growing up in 70s suburbia with her sister in a hallucinatory tale of duets.
