Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF) and the Consulate General of Canada present Canadian Films!

Jeremy Podeswa’s sensitve and beautiful adaptation of Anne Michaels’ novel tells the story of a Polish boy who is rescued from the Nazis by a Greek archeologist, but he never escapes his memories of family and struggles as an adult to balance his ties to the past with his life and loves in the present.
