Sierra Club Members Meeting focus: Trash April 30, 2007

What are the issues about waste management in the lower mainland? Would you like to know what the Trash campaign is about? What can you do? Join us at our members meeting on April 30th.

Guest speaker Helen Spiegelman is a local expert on waste policy and diversion. She has been actively involved with these issues for years in Vancouver and has been invited to share her expertise worldwide! We are fortunate to have Helen at our next meeting to present a brief slide show detailing a history of waste as we know it, and why it all points to a fundamentally different way of framing policy.
