Sidewalk Film Festival 2003 September 20, 2003

The Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival is an annual independent film festival in Birmingham, Alabama's historic downtown theatre district. It was created in 1999 to "bring new films to a new audience" by local filmmakers who were tired of having to travel out of state to attend a film festival.
