In autumn, 2008 Russia's first ever lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) film festival is taking place in the historic city of Saint Petersburg. Whether you are lesbian, gay, bisexual or straight this is the place to be to witness the unfolding of a unique event which promises to be one of the most exciting cinematic and cultural extravaganzas the city has ever seen. Showcasing the very best in contemporary lesbian and gay cinema from around the world we aim to not only create a cultural space that allows for the celebration of sexual diversity but a forum for discussion with society at large.
