Compania Mazatlan Bellas Artes of the Instituto Mazatlan Bellas Artes presents Posada Navidena Featuring traditional Mexican folkloric dances and music, this popular family event celebrates the wonderful folk culture of Mexico during the Christmas season. Unique holiday customs and traditions are portrayed through the presentation of the Pastorela (pilgrimage) made by Joseph and Mary before the birth of Christ. Enjoyable for people of all cultures, this performance will make you feel as if you've been transported to Mexico for an uplifting dose of traditional holiday customs.Join us in the lobby after the show to participate in a traditional Posada celebration including holiday refreshments (included with admission).
