Shortest & Smallest St. Patrick's Day Parade March 17, 2011

Join the Historic Third Ward Association for the 5th Annual Shortest & Smallest St. Patrick’s Day Parade! We’ll meet at The Irish Pub (124 N. Water St.) at 5pm. We don’t have a band, so bring a musical instrument to play in the parade and you’ll receive green beer for just $1!

A bagpiper and a leprechaun will lead the parade beginning at 5:15pm. From The Irish Pub we’ll march 844 feet east to Club Charlies (320 E. Menomonee St.).

At 5:30pm, the McMenamin Irish Dancers will perform in Catalano Square. They wowed the Ward last year, and we’re sure they’ll do it again!

After the amazing dancing, take part in the Scavenger Hunt or try your hand at the Leprechaun Toss at Club Charlies – winners receive shots of Jamo. And of course, you don’t want to miss the contests for the shortest kilt and largest sporran (the original man purse).
