This coming MLK weekend in Washington, D.C. is the most important and relevant celebration of its kind, ever. We welcome the induction of America’s first black president and celebrate a new, positive chapter in our own political destiny.

Together, New York City’s Danny Krivit (718 Sessions/Body & Soul) and Chicago’s Ron Trent (Blak Punk Soundsystem/Africa Hi-Fi) will lead a musical journey that will help us all dance the night away in to the early hours. Both men are well-respected legends within dance music. Krivit is renowned for his legendary edits and involvement in the most relevant and popular parties in the past decade in New York City: Body and Soul and 718 Sessions. Trent’s track record in the studio is impeccable and has been established by countless legendary remixes and work he has put in on his own labels Prescription Records and Future Vision Records. His Africa Hi-Fi parties in Chicago are local favourites and his touring Blak Punk Soundsystem parties have received critical acclaim.

The 411 Warehouse loft is something out of a dream. The spacious and cushioned wooden floors are a dancers delight and the upgraded sound system will please the pickiest of partiers. Warm-up support will be provided by local favorites Chris Burns (Disco City/Hometown Heroes) and 007 (3Degrees).

METRO Accessibility: The venue is located roughly 1/2 mile from the New York Ave. Metro stop on the Red line. 10-15 minute walk.
