Shen Yun Performing Arts returns to Greensboro Coliseum on Sept 4 September 4, 2009

Shen Yun Performing Arts, formerly called Divine Performing Arts (producer of the Holiday Wonders), returns to Greensboro Coliseum with new and improved content to present an exhilarating celebration of China’s rich artistic and cultural heritage. Great efforts are put into this world-class Chinese performing art series to ensure its authenticity and artistic merit. A live orchestra will accompany some 100 performers to showcase the beauty, history, tradition, and wisdom of China's 5000-year civilization via Chinese classical dance and music.

Since its inception in 2006, the New York-based Shen Yun has performed to acclaim in many of the world’s most prestigious theaters, including New York City's Radio City Music Hall, Washington D.C.’s Kennedy Center Opera House, Los Angeles’ Kodak Theatre, London's Royal Festival Hall, and Paris's Le Palais des Congres, for well over 600,000 (verify this number) audience members in over 80 cities worldwide.
