'Shear Madness,' the longest running play in Chicago history and three-time winner of the Chicago Tribune Readers' Poll Award as "Best Play of the Year" makes a triumphant return to the city in an all-new production. On an ordinary day at the Shear Madness hair salon, the regulars stop by for their weekly set and style, a little gossip, or an old-fashioned shave. But, when a scissor job gone bad leaves the upstairs landlady dead as a doornail, the crazy company of customers and stylist below find themselves locked in and fingered for murder. Full of mischief and mayhem, constantly snappy and sassy, and bursting with up-to-the-minute laughs, 'Shear Madness' brings a wacky cast of characters to life. The outcome is different at every show because the audience gets to comb through the clues and solve the crime.
