Sharefest & HHW September 10, 2011

Sharefest is a unique community event. For 2011 it will include recycling of electronics, scrap metal, foam plastic (not peanuts), clothing, shoes, textiles, books and collection of HHW (unwanted household chemicals such as oil-based paint, stains and variishes, along with oil, antifreeze, old gasoline, brake fluid, pesticides, fertilizers, cleaning products and more to this one-day collection event. Mercury and most mercury containing items are accepted. Other items include: pool chemicals, recharagable batteries, lead-acid batteries, compact fluorescent lights, aerosol products & lawn chemicals.)
It is free of charge for Will County residents.
