Shape of A Girl March 5, 2009

Pegasus Players presents the Chicago premiere of 'The Shape of a Girl,' written by Joan MacLeod and directed by Alex Levy. This one-woman show deals with the code of silence and tacit complicity that surrounded the Reena Virk murder in Canada in 1997. Virk was bullied and eventually murdered by a group of teenage classmates in Victoria. The plays deal with the fine line that separates this extreme act from the everyday occurrences in our schools and communities.
