Shanna Compton?s book Down Spooky was published by Winnow Press in October 2005. She is the former editor of LIT at the New School, where she currently teaches. Her poems have appeared in The Best American Poetry 2005, the Tiny, MiPoesias, Spork, Coconut, and many other magazines.
